Return Process: To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team via the contact page to initiate the return and shipping instructions.
Condition of Return: The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. If the product is returned damaged, or shows signs of excessive wear, you may not be eligible for the refund or further deductions may be applied to cover the cost of replacement.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund (minus the $100 rental fee) within 2 business days. We will inform you of any issues or deductions if applicable.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned product.
SHIPPING Your order will be shipped within 3 business days via Australia Post. Once dispatched, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. If you have any questions about your order or shipping, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
