Orders shipped to New Zealand are exported from Australia. While shipping is complimentary, New Zealand GST, customs duties (if applicable), import processing fees, and any other charges assessed by New Zealand authorities are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If any GST, duties, or other import charges are payable, the courier will contact you directly with instructions on how to complete payment before your parcel is delivered. Once payment has been made, your order will be released by New Zealand Customs and continue to your delivery address.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our Contact page. We'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be in their original condition and include all accessories, manuals, packaging, and any complimentary items supplied with the order.
If a product is returned damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of misuse or excessive wear beyond what would reasonably occur during a 30-day trial, Novum Life reserves the right to refuse the return or apply reasonable deductions to cover repair or replacement costs.
Inspection & Refund
Once your returned product has been received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If approved, your refund (less the $100 rental fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Should any additional deductions be required, we'll contact you before processing your refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for products lost or damaged while being returned.
International Returns (New Zealand)
For eligible orders shipped to New Zealand, any import duties, GST, customs fees, or other charges imposed by New Zealand Customs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not refundable by Novum Life.
Where a return is approved under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, refunds apply to the eligible product only (less the $100 rental fee).
